Manuscripts and cover files remain confidential within SPI Publications. Files may be shared internally with editors, designers, and distributors only. We are not liable for plagiarism claims, content theft, or legal consequences arising from the author’s own writing. Any leaked content due to author negligence (forwarding files to outsiders, drive links shared publicly) is not our responsibility.
7. Data Retention
We retain author/project data for a minimum of 5 years after publishing for royalty and record purposes. Published books’ metadata may be retained indefinitely unless delisting occurs.
Authors may request removal of personal information if their book is delisted or they are no longer associated with SPI Publications (delisting fees apply as per our Terms & Conditions).
8. Your Rights as an Author/User
You may request access to your stored personal data, correction of incorrect information, or removal of personal data (if not required for legal or financial records). SPI Publications may reject requests if the data is required for regulatory compliance, conflicts with publishing agreements, or poses a security or legal risk.

Our website or documents may contain links to Amazon, Flipkart, social media, and payment gateways. SPI Publications is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
10. Communication Policy
